It insures wise use of the teacher’s and the pupil’s time, efforts, and energies. It spells careful use of the physical facilities of the school.

-It has the function of bringing together small groups for recurring meetings, focusing each time on some particular subject, in which everyone present is requested to actively participate. This is often accomplished through an ongoing with a seminar leader or instructor, or through a more formal presentation of research.
- Normally, participants must not be beginners in the field under discussion. Seminar is very common, specially to the students, teacher, etc. Most of the seminar more of lecture, some people bored to listen. Seminar is very important, it is the way to know other people around you.

-          One of the teaching tools conveniently placed in the hands of a teacher is the question. And yet far too many teacher either use ity carelessly or fail to see its possibilities for promoting effective learning. Even with the teaching formula of assign study, recite, test of the traditional school , the ability to ask question was a necessary art. In fact, the traditional classroom at all levels was do minated by activities of the question and answer type.

-          Questioning still remains an indispensable part of good teaching. There are even some who say that the effectiveness of a teacher can be ganged by his ability to ask good question.
