Planning provides the necessary guidelines or instruction on how can possess
the proper way of teaching; otherwise it involves preparation to meet every
individual’s need. With this, planning involves, planning is to setting up

must based according to general goals of the school, the objective of the
course or subject, student’s abilities, needs, and interest, subject content
and lesson planning for the effectiveness of the plan. The effectiveness of the

activities imparted with. Therefore, plan is useful to make works easy and
efficient at all time.

teachers, instructional planning will be helpful for them because it can
improve their way of teaching which will be so helpful for the learning process
and for building up the best possible lessons and appropriate way of teaching
for the students. Effective teaching may found in the responds of the students.
Evaluating is a way to determine the responds of the students whether the
teaching way is effective or not. The responds of the students will be helpful
for you because it will be judging your performance. With this, you can know
what to enhance more, to do the better way for the improvement of your
teaching.
